We are a small climbing school by the Atlantic. Kids club on Saturdays, beginner courses for adults, and one-to-one coaching on real rock in Sintra and on our indoor walls in Cascais.

Four weeks, two evenings per week. From your first knot to leading your first easy route — no experience needed.
One-to-one with a certified coach, indoors or on Sintra granite. Technique review, projecting, or your first outdoor lead.
Climbing Rocks started in a garage with three mats and one very patient coach. Today we run classes six days a week for kids, beginners and stubborn projecters — and we still believe the best sessions end with sandy shoes and a sunset at Guincho.
Shoes, harness and helmet are included in every class and course. Just bring comfortable clothes and water.
Outdoor sessions cancelled for rain or high wind are always rebooked — you never lose a paid class.
Indoor walls in central Cascais; outdoor classes in Sintra and at the Guincho boulders, ten minutes up the coast.
